Aiki Taiso is a new style of personal conditioning that is heart-oriented, spiritually inspiring, yet grounded in a deep knowledge of optimal body alignment. Aiki Taiso systematically stretches and strengthens all muscles, ligaments and joints throughout the body, increases circulation to internal organs and glands, quiets the nervous system, and improves concentration. Instructions encourage clients to listen to their body, respect it's wisdom, and to progress at their own pace.
The focus of this program is to provide clients with the highest quality of instruction available, in a safe and positive learning environment that people of all ages can enjoy.
Each client starts with core elements of Aiki, followed by total body conditioning and more difficult applications. Creativity in teaching methods is what sets this system apart, using both repetition and variation. It is believed that the client must have fun and truly enjoy what he or she is doing to learn successfully.
There are no set routines or levels of attainment. Approach is highly individual. It is a collection of the principals that you are encouraged to learn, form your own objectives and use the right tools to achieve them.

Sessions
Aiki Fitness offer instructions in the following two ways:
privates sessions
small groups sessions
Private sessions....... offer clients value for their investment. With a private session, clients will work one-on-one with an instructor, receiving personalised instruction and immediate correction. In learning the best methods, one-on-one, beginner and advanced students will find that they progress easier and faster.
Group sessions........ limited to no more than 3-4 clients at a time for quality purposes and participants are expected to be at a similar level.

Current prices are within $60-80 range, depending on the component taught and type of the session.

Your instructors' relevant personal experience is:
15 years experience in Aiki-related martial arts forms
5 years experience of providing personal fitness instruction
Relevant training/qualification:
instructors' qualification, expertise and proficiency is reflected by original 3rd Dan (grade) certification from Aiki Kai Headquarters, Tokyo, Japan.
